I should of been told you were under a remodel when I called and booked, I wasn't. Only one elevator for 8 floors of rooms not safe. The floors were filthy dirty, drywall pieces were all over. ( I did take pictures of the hallways) Went to our room and all we could here was jack hammer hammering, it sounded like it was in our bathroom. My husband went to the front desk they told him they should be done by 5:30 unexceptionable. Went to make a cup of coffee and found a black hair in the coffee pot, my husband and my self are gray hair( so it wasn't ours) No coffee for us. I'm a gold member and l won't stay at the Muskegon Harbor Holiday Inn again.
