MeetingsOur business amenities include free wireless high-speed Internet access, business center, fax/copy services and data ports for computer connectivity, fitness center and gift shop. For presentations, we have audiovisual services available at great prices. Request more information.Host a banquet or business meeting with more than 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in our meeting rooms. Our helpful staff can assist you with custom catering, audiovisual equipment and planning services for a successful event.3000 sq. ft. of meeting and event facilities for groups up to 100 people outdoor courtyard and patio overlooking the 7th green of Cherokee Run Golf Course available for receptions, weddings, team building exercises, and social events. Catering is available at great prices Note: Meeting room pricing includes chairs, tables, linen, set up and breakdown. All other equipment including A/V, presentation and disposables are charged extra. Food and beverages are an extra charge based on menu choices. Georgia state sales tax of 7% and service charge of 18% will be applied to all banquet rooms and catering charges. Signed contract is required along with a 50% deposit and credit card authorization on file. All events must be over at 10pm. Noise Ordinance: Music is allowed as long as it is kept at a minimum. Sound checks from the Hawthorn Staff will be made to insure our guests are not being disturbed. Bartender Rules: Cash/Open bar is available for $100 to the bartender for up to 4 hours and $50/hour afterwards. Guest planners can set a bar limit for their guests and must inform the bartender before serving their guests. Patio Usage Rules: Guests will be responsible for cleaning the patio area and grill before and after use. Glass containers are prohibited on the patio area. No outside alcohol is permitted. Guest will have access to the discounted drinks from the hotel bar.Catering can be provided by the Hawthorn Suites Conyers.
