From the gentleman that checked me into the hotel to the two ladies at the front desk the next day, they were all extremely friendly and helpful. I had run into some car trouble as I was driving through Visalia. The staff was gracious in providing a late check out for me, they let me leave my bags at the hotel while I picked up my vehicle and they were overall VERY friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
