My son was scheduled to visit Wash.U on a campus visit this weekend. But, the university is closed due to the Corona Virus scare. So, we are not "AT" the hotel. I called as soon as we were notified about the closing and asked if we could have a credit toward another stay or something. No one has reached out to us to even talk about it. Needless to say he was very disappointed and I am as well with how this was handled. As a former AGM for Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center New Orleans, it was my responsibility to reach out to our guests and speak with them concerning such events. I guess that does not happen anymore. It is a shame. And it does not bode well for your property as I will not attempt to stay there in the future event that we do get to do a school visit in your area. Very disappointed.

Guest rooms are non-smoking and include coffee/tea makers, irons-ironing boards, hair dryers, dataport telephones with 2 phone lines and complimentary wireless internet. Local shuttle service during the evenings, within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. (Based on availability) SoCo Bistro restaurant and lounge is open for breakfast and dinner. Happy Hour specials are available Sunday through Friday. 7500 square feet of meeting space, up to 6 concurrent meetings for groups of 10-500. NEW boardroom and Bridal Salon. On site audio visual and catering services available.
