Hotel lobby is pleasant. Linens in bathroom were great. Bed linens were fresh. Housekeeping was good. Front staff were quite good. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was certainly adequate. .

The Wingate by Wyndham is a Wyndham brand hotel which is held to high levels of cleanliness and customer service. Built in 2004, the Wingate by Wyndham has a reputation of being able to meet the needs of both business travelers and families. For example, every guest room has free wired and wireless internet access, microwaves, and refrigerators. All guest rooms have brand new linens and mattresses, new 32" HD flat screen TVs, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, toiletries, alarm clock and cordless phone. On the first floor, there is an indoor heated pool, a complimentary 24-hour business center, and a work-out facility. However, one thing makes the Wingate by Wyndham in West Monroe stand out from the others...our complimentary hot breakfast buffet.
