Absolutely loved our stay. Hotel staff and manager were incredibly accommodating of our group. They were always helpful and hospitable. The hotel was lovely and we couldn't have been more happy with the service we received. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and i'm sure we will return with our group in the future.

"Excellent for sports teams"

Our Bantam football team arrived on a Friday afternoon. The hotel check in was incredibly well organized, with the player and coaches room keys already in an envelope with their pre arranged breakfast voucher. We had different managers come to greet us and help with check in. The hotel was very accommodating with the requests for a conference room and audiovisual materials. The rooms were spacious and many parents remarked on the level of care that we received. Our thanks to Maria, the sales manager, for working through the many changes in guest rooms. She was always helpful, provided direction and we will be staying at the Delta for any group events. I strongly recommend this hotel!
