The quality was lacking at this inn. I'll start with the reservation for a non smoking room. Upon opening the door to the room we were knocked over with the stale smell of past smoking in the room. The air was so bad we left the next morning with two headachs and a sore throat which lasted all day. The curtains and bedspread both had burn holes in them. The microwave was burned up with the door off of it. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper installed. The smoke alarms were on the sink shelf and in a non working condition. There was an ironing board but no iron. Internet service was not working. Calls to the Internet provide per the directions received proved worthless after 20 minutes on hold. The bathroom tub water was the color of strong yellow pee. The refrigerator was not working. From the arrival on this property thru the parking lot potholes and around the trash on the parking lot (an abandoned car set on the front lot with tires and parts missing.) morning could not come early enough. This is our second stay in a Quality Inn in the past three months in which the quality was missing. Sadly this stay will be our last at a Quality Inn and any associated motels within this family. Additionally. you continue to advertise a breakfast but then use the excuse of the virus for the discontinuing of breakfast. STOP the advertising or drop the price of the rooms. Past stays at your motels over the past three months have had no use of pools and fitness equipment. Feel free to contact should you wish to discuss.

I was hoping the two(2) rooms would have been close to each other. The toilet in one bathroom ran all night. The telephone didn't work. I had to take a light bulb out of one lamp and put it in the other lamp in order for it to work. There was a large hole in the wall where a refrigerator was suppose to be. I was charged for a breakfast that they didn't serve because of "COVID". (I should have been notified of that IMPORTANT INFORMATION ahead of time because we need breakfast to take with our meds. There were four(4) adults by only two(2) bath towels that we had to share. Not to mention there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I had arrived earlier I would have cancelled our reservation and went to a Motel 6 and gotten better service.The only reason we stayed is because the water was HOT and the bathroom was clean (I pray the sheets were clean).

Should have known when I drove up no cars there, Checked in Walking to room drug dealing openly going on a few rooms down from us door standing wide open we could see everything got to room A/C did not work room smelled like cat shit horrible smell went back to front desk to tell them we would not be staying he wanted our room keys and stated we would have to call the number we made our reservation at to get a refund .. warning never go to this hotel unless you want the same kind of experience.

My kids and I were driving back home and stopped in Mississippi, our halfway point. I decided to spoil myself with a room that had a jacuzzi in it. I called to make the reservation and the guy couldn't spell my last name no matter how many times I spelled it. It became ridiculous and I almost didn't go through with the reservation. I wish I hadn't. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and continued to make the reservation for the next night. A room with a jacuzzi and two queen beds. We left the following morning and arrived that night. When I got there, I discovered the guy had put the booking in for the PREVIOUS night! Here I am in a new place and potentially nowhere to sleep. The lady at the desk was difficult to work with but I eventually convinced her to contact her boss and get the reservation switched since it wasn't my mistake. She was able to switch it. So we went to our room. I opened the door and wow. Definitely nothing like the pictures online. The comforter had holes in it! And the ottoman for the recliner was broken. My five year old is the one who discovered it was also WET. I have no idea what he touched. I tried not to think about it. It also had only one bed, not two queens. To top it all off, it was a standard smoking room. I clearly had two toddlers with me! And I know I did not ask for a smoking room. The place reeked and I could not wait to get out of there. I called the service number and I am still trying to get a refund. I took my room key back to her and gave it back. We went and stayed at a Days In about 20 minutes away. We had stayed there coming and it was a pleasant experience. The place was clean and well kept. I consider myself pretty easy to satisfy. Cleanliness gets me as I used to be in the housekeeping industry. But otherwise, I just want a safe place for us to sleep without broken furniture and holy bed linens. I would post pictures, but there isn't a spot. All in all, the name needs to be changed because there was nothing "quality" about this place. I will never stay in any of their hotels again. Not worth the risk.

Every room was smoked in. There was a huge hole in the wall were a refrigerator once was. It was clearly a drug selling, prostitution hotel. Traffic in and out all night. Blocking the whole parking lot. Nowhere to park because there were so many people selling drugs and prostitution sells. Giving it a one star is a stretch it's absolutely not a 3.5 star.

Terrible service and poorly maintained facility. We prepaid for a reservation that was not available when we arrived. They had given the room away. We are expecting a full refund or will contact our credit card company to credit our account and charge it back to the booking company.!

Upon checking into the room, the smell of smoke was so thick I could barely walk in. From there, I began to check the room for any damages. I was astonished to find ashes, dirt, hair, cigarette lighters, stains, rips and tears in the bed. IN THE BED. The customer service was only sub par at best. However they did oblige my request to cancel the reservation and go to a different much cleaner hotel. If I can help it, I will not be requesting reservation at the (not so) Quality Inn now or as long as I live.

Cleaning could have been better bathroom commode was dirty vent was dirty and the carpet may have been vacuum we found someone pill still on the floor mirror was half cleaned and the room didnt smell like it had been santizied but we were prepared with our on stuff but overall everyone was nice and I really appreciated the understanding of yall letting us continue to stay with the situation of my aunt in the hospital.

I would give a negative five if possible. Room was gross and smelled of urine, cigarettes and pot. Bathtub has clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Stained bedding with cigarette burns. During this time of COVID hotels MUST step up their cleaning routine. This place is below acceptable DO NOT stay here.

Smelled like Urine soon as you open the door. The room looked like a low rate hotel. I've never had that experience before. I will not recommend this property to anyone ever.
