When we arrived the air conditioner was turned off. The room was extremely hot. The next morning the iron was broken and we had to get them to bring us another one. The windows in the hallway (at the end) were open with no screen. The curtains were tied up in a knot. This was on the third floor. Kids were going to the windows and looking out. My husband closed the windows because we were afraid that kids would fall out. The windows were at knee level. That same morning we went to make coffee and the coffee pot had not been cleaned. It had coffee from the guest before us. That night when we got back from sightseeing we flushed the toilet to find out that it was stopped up. We called the front desk and they informed us that they only had one person working, so they could not come to the room, but we could come down there to get the plunger. The next morning we noticed that we only had three small towels for three adults. We called the front desk and they informed us that they were out of towels, and that the manager had locked up the towels in his office, and he would not be in for two hours. We stayed there for four nights. When we were checking out another guest told us that they had problems too. I travel on business and I have never experienced problems like this.

While they offer non-smoking rooms it appeared from the odor in the hall that our room was close to a smoking room. The room was clean and the bedding was nice.
