We are affordable and well designed for leisure or business travelers. We were purposeful about creating an extended stay environment for the new comer to our city, the travelling professional, corporate relocation, long term stays, medical visits, someone in between residences, or someone needing a getaway with privacy and the comforts of home. Our guests appreciate our large air conditioned suites with free Wi-Fi, beautiful floors, extended channels, pull out sofa beds, a full kitchen, lots of cabinet space, a microwave, fully equipped with pots and pans, a stainless steel refrigerator and sink, a dining area, separate bedrooms, flat screen TV's, a work desk, modern furniture a living room/dining room area with a sofa or sofa bed, quality linen, laundry facility and a private terrace. At the end of the day your terrace is a quiet private space to relax and make yourself right at home. While you are staying with us a short distance away is the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, The South Street Seaport Museum, Statue of Liberty National Monument, Ground Zero, Brooklyn Flea to name a few. There is plenty to eat near by and the property is your home away from home. We are located very close to a rich choice of restaurants, shopping and personal services and a variety of activities. If you wish to see a movie or just relax. Close by is the BAM Harvey Theater a revival of a historic 1904 venue showcasing avant-garde theater performances in a classical space only 4.5 miles away. The Alamo Draft House Cinema is an American cinema Founded in 1997. It is a stylish theater chain for new & classic films features cocktails and creative bites served seat side. Nite Hawk cinema has screens new indie releases as has a robust retro program. Each theater has full service meals.
