Cleaning Policies

Best Western Plus Executive Residency has elevated cleaning standards by implementing the We Care Clean program. This program includes social distancing measures such as front desk partitions and marked 6 foot distancing between guests in the lobby. Enhanced sanitation of guest touch points in the lobby, at the front desk, and through the hotel has been implemented through the program as well. Guest rooms have been overhauled to remove unnecessary items such as paper notepads and pens as well as changes to housekeeping. Guest rooms will not be entered for up to 72 hours after checkout at which point all touch points will be sanitized with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19. In addition and in order to ensure spaces are being properly disinfected, our breakfast, fitness center, and pool are temporarily out of service. By doing this, we are able to decrease the amount of touch surfaces that need to be sanitized and focus more on heavily used areas.
