Room was clean. Queen beds were actually doubles. It says full breakfast but it was only cereal, toast and bagels. That was really disappointing. Also, basic cable and no access to Netflix or any other apps to watch a movie or other shows. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was truly just looking for a bed.

When checked in, was told the I do not qualify for BE points, as I have made reservations through a third party. Was not made aware when making the reservation. Would appreciate to get my points. I was a former hotel manager and thought Hotel mgmt in colleges for over 25 years and was academic director of programs, René Cornu, CCC, CHA FCHI. Thanks.

My son was looking forward for the full breakfast but due to COVID it was not provided, Heating and Cooling Kept changing Overnight, Was able to hear the people walking above our room.

Cleaning Policies
During COVOD 19 we don't clean the guest rooms on a regular basis we go in to clean the room 3 days after a guest has checked out and we remove all bedding and towels as well as the shower curtains and we start with a fresh sanitized room for the next guest we clean the common areas on a daily schedule per every shift
