When I booked this room, I was told the room was $82.00 so I expected to pay $82,00 plus $4.00 or $5.00 not have $35.00 added to my bill. never again!

Good Items: The staff was very nice and helpful. The location allowed for easy access to many areas of Oshkosh. Our room was clean and handled by our cleaning person very fast. Bad Items: The Manager in charge of coordinating priorities needs to handle the attention given to the hallway carpet which was really, really dirty. Not sure why the management would allow such a visible area to get so dirty; it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a really long time. Sad to see that Management would erase the great attempts of the staff to have a sense of pride in the location.

The place was nice. Staff friendly. Our room was very warm. Hard to cool off. Hate the fact of no elevators when staying on 2nd floor.
