I usually don't complain but I have after this experience. Paper thin walls along with kids running up and down the hallway until midnight. Repeated complaints to the front desk fell on deaf ears. If that wasn't enough, the A/C system in the room wasn't working properly throughout the night! Due to an A/C failure in my house, I paid $200++ due to a last minute booking because we needed a good night sleep before a long tournament weekend. Spent way too much for no sleep!

I feel that when you make a hotel reservation online that you really don't know what you may be getting. Wow, was I impressed with this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very classy looking, and the free breakfast was fabulous! So many options and choices to choose from, my kids just loved it and so did I!
