Exceptional value, comfortable bed, clean room with refrigerator and microwave, soon to Jack in the Box in the parking lot. Very close to Burbank Airport. Disappointed no one answering the house phone during morning hours, but a good deal overall.

WE did not intend to stay here but as a last minute choice, did. It was very disappointing. The lobby was unkept, as was the overall property. the room smelled musty, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom had many broken tiles, the refrigerator squealed (i had to shut it off) and the A/C was very loud. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in the US.

Room had an unpleasant odor, but clean. Window could not be locked, but desk lady brought a bar that could be wedged in to secure. She reimbursed us $30 for our trouble. Nice gesture. Couple of dips and soft spots in floor. Not sure what that is attributed to. Carpeting old and worn, could use a little TLC.

Clean comfortable room with a comfortable bed and a microwave, coffee maker and WOW BONUS a fridge. It was near the freeway but the soundproofing was so good that we could barely hear anything outside. The staff was friendly and professional and very helpful. AND NOW THE HITCH. At four or five in the dang morning the guys collecting soiled laundry in those big yellow bins on casters were having races up and down the hallway and the clacking woke us both. Then when they finally stopped, they started talking so loudly that it kept us awake. We waited thinking they would figure out that they were waking guests but after 20 minutes (shouldn't they have been working) my wife asked me to ask them to lower their voices. We never really got back to sleep. I shouldn't have had to get dressed and walk down the hall to get some peace and quiet. On the positive side they had a FREE BREAKFAST that was fantastic. Fruit, cereal, fresh made pancakes with butter and syrup, OJ, coffee, oatmeal and more. FANTASTIC. If it weren't for those noisy idiots I'd have given them a four or maybe 5.
