The hotel was very dirty, smelly and unsafe.the same day I checked in was the same day I checked out. When I checked in and went into the main hallway, I could see that the carpet was very dirty and the area was smelly. Because I was not familiar with the area and was visiting family, I did not know what to do. Because I had traveled far, I decided to keep my dog in the room while I used my google maps to find other hotels. I searched for other hotels that will take dogs and when I finally found a clean and nice hotel, I went back to get my dog. When I went into the check out lobby, I saw my dog near the check out lobby. The attendant had the nerve to tell me that my dog must have opened the door and came out. That is the stupidest thing I have ever head. First, the doors are half and have to be done pulled inwards to be opened. Secondly, my dog does not have fingers and is incapable to open a door. I quickly checked out the same day I checked in.

Our 226-room, full service Ramada features spacious rooms with King Beds or 2 Double beds, as well as 1 and 2-bedroom suites. All rooms feature refrigerator and microwave, coffee/tea maker, iron, ironing board, comfortable spacious work desk and ergonomic chair, 2 telephones and alarm clock. Our hotel is located near the airport adjacent to I-20 with quick access to all of Shreveport''s entertainment and shopping areas, as well as only 8 miles from the downtown convention center and 6 casinos and Louisiana Boardwalk. Our hotel is located on 8 lovely acres surrounded by towering pine trees, with a spacious parking lot offering complimentary self-parking with ample space for motorcoaches, boats, and trailers. We offer complimentary airport transportation 24-hours. Hotel features breakfast in our restaurant, Monday - Friday 6am - 10am and Saturday - Sunday 7am - 10am, our Huddle Lounge serves beverages from 4:30pm until 10:00pm, a spacious Atrium Lobby with plenty of space for groups to mingle and socialize, an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, sports court, complimentary use of fitness center and business center, and over 5,000 sq. feet of meeting space and outdoor dining options!
