We mentioned we had a small cargo trailer to park overnight in your lot and you mentioned not a problem Hoverer someone a quest put a nasty note on my truck mentioning I took up too many spaces 4. This was a monday night and there were plenty of parking spaces in your lot Very very disappointing Not sure if we will use your hotel again.

We arrived around 4:30 only to find our door lock wasnt working. After good 30 mins of the staff trying to get us in the room we finally asked for another room They should of tried better to get us in another room sooner After we finally got into the room we were very pleased Was not very happy that we were put on hold instead of just switching into another room right away.
