I was a Platinum level HH member 4+ yrs ago and now treated like anyone off the street. No meals no bottled water no perks whatsoever. I just came in from paying less of a rate in Beverly Hills than at this property. Value is out of kilter. Will not return again and probably will not Hilton properties again.

Very Clean The Staff were amazing! Very Friendly. Went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable And yes I would definitely stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again. (Beaumont TX off of I10).

Could not give me a receipt when checking out dint get one till two days later. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was 9.95 but choice was terrible people that work there were rude.
