Property Description

Opened in 1910, this majestic 12-story office building was Oklahoma City's first sky-scraper and the first to have an elevator. In 2006, the Colcord building entered a new era after a $20 million conversion to create a contemporary, luxury accommodations. The hotel is excitingly different, radiating with modernized, sexy Art Deco feel in the lobby, and hip, oversized guest rooms. Sheathed in terra-cotta and accented by ornamentation typical of the early 20th century, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.Hotel Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel, 24 hour front desk, wake-up calls, dry cleaning, luggage storage, valet parking, business center and a 24 hour fitness facility. On site dining is available at Soleil, a French continental restaurant that serves steak and seafood with an attitude. Soleil also offers hotel guests room service and on-site catering in our executive meeting rooms. XO Lounge is located on the lower level which offers variety of drinks and dancing for the night life.Guest rooms feature iPod docking stations, 32-inch flat screen LCD TVs, electronic door chimes, programmable personal safes and wireless desk phones.
