Last minute booking. Our room, a double queen bed room, was roomy, had a mini fridge and a large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well! I 100% recommend staying here!

Lovely hotel in a quiet, convenient location. I felt relaxed and happy from the moment I walked in. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, from offering early check in, helpful directions to local sites, even double checking to make sure I located the landmarks of interest. The bar is nicely located to provide a meting place for lively conversations. Breakfasts are delicious with coffee much better than that nationally known chain that we all know but I won't mention. I loved the Emily. My next trip to San Antonio will include a Tuesday evening to hear all about The Emily Morgan at the reception.

Built in 1929, this neo-gothic building was the most advanced medical arts building West of the Mississippi. The hotel converted to a 4 Diamond boutique hotel in 1985. The Emily Morgan Hotel is the official hotel of the Alamo and has joined the Hilton collection in 2012. Our new name is The Emily Morgan Hotel a DoubleTree by Hilton. We invite you to stay at our newly renovated full service hotel featuring 177 spacious guest rooms. All rooms offer a scenic view of the downtown skyline with many overlooking the Alamo courtyard.
