Property Description

The Cambria Hotel Phoenix will be the area's newest and most stylish hotel to join the Downtown Phoenix area in November 2019. Located in the heart of Roosevelt Row, Cambria Hotel Phoenix is located adjacent to numerous restaurants, bars, nightlife and is with-in walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center, Talking Stick Resort Arena, Chase Field as well as Arizona State University School of Law, Journalism, Nursing and U of A Cancer Center. The hotel will offer stylish and modern guestrooms that fit very comfortably with the surrounding area developments. Cambria Hotel Phoenix will offer 127 guestrooms broken down by 71 King Rooms, 3 King Suites and 53 Double Rooms. “The Land of Milk & Honey” is the restaurant/bar concept located on the main level near registration. The property will also offer an 889 Sq. Ft. Meeting Room as well as a Roof Top pool/bar venue. The Roof Top is most certainly the premier attribute to the property inclusive of an 18 inch cooling pool, fully functional bar and costume artwork.

Green Sustainability

Energy Efficiency: LED lighting, water efficient plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment with higher EER and/or SEER ratings. Water Conservation: Water efficient plumbing fixtures, utilizing on-site permeable pavers, retention basin, or and/or MaxWell Plus drainage system to manage rainwater and prevent stormwater pollution off the site. Waste Management/Recycling: Implementing best practices for a recycling program for guests and public areas, while also working with the local Waste Management/Recycling company to incorporate scheduled pick-up times and maintenance. Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction: We are working with the local utility companies to analyze buying green power and reduce energy in existing operations as much as possible. Quality of Indoor Environment: Some solutions for the project include. Low volatile organic compound (VOC) products, green certified building products and finishes, thermostat and window coverings to control temperatures, and acoustic design that mitigates sound and vibration transmitted from space to space. Building Management: Our Building Management team will implement best practices for several building programs and initiatives. They will handle all aspects of the property, including utilities, engineering/maintenance, vendors, recycling, and accounting.
