The rooms were fine and as expected. Housekeeping was often late in the day and frequently didn't leave soap or coffee. The meeting room was fine, however catering was late on Day 1, kept running out of coffee, at least three times. We had to hunt people down. Meeting room A/C was set too high and we couldn't find "engineering" until well into meeting. The dinner provided on Day one was not very good. Chicken was rubbery and beef was tough. Lunches we fine. I know we didn't pay a lot for the room charges, but we expected much more out of food prep for what we paid. Also, we never saw any signage for Kadant the entire time. Sign board was for a company there the previous week? All in all C. Not sure I can recommend again. This was the third time I have used the Avanti, but not sure I can again.
