Wild Dunes is an oceanside, gated community located on the barrier island, the Isle of Palms. Just minutes away from historic Charleston, SC (Conde Nast Traveler's #1 City in the US), we offer the best of both worlds with our beachside accommodations & quick access to historic downtown Charleston. Our Resort Core is the heart of the property & holds everything a guest would need. Accommodations are in our sister towers which sit side-by-side: the Boardwalk Inn, the Residences at Sweetgrass, and, our new addition, the Sweetgrass Inn (opened March 2021). All event spaces are within a 1-4-minute walking distance of accommodations, onsite restaurants, and the ocean. A wide range of unique event venues includes the poolside & ocean-view venue at the Grand Pavilion, our new Indigo Rooftop & Terrace, which features rooftop views of the Atlantic and the Intercoastal Waterway, and the Croquet Lawns which provide expansive lawn space sitting oceanside. Amenities include 2 golf courses, the Spa at Sweetgrass, 17 tennis courts, 6 pools, and various dining outlets.
