Front desk is shuttered with a metal gate. Staff is behind a window most of the time. Cash only. Room is “vintage” with smoke detector disabled. No hot water. Because I booked online, I couldn't cancel before I arrived and saw it. Avoid.

Room dirty, sheets dirty, check in area dirty, shady characters in and outside of the hotel. I asked to view a room due to all the complaints when I walked in and immediately the representative offered a cancellation and refund. Horrible place to stay.

The hotel staff was nice and very informative and prompt. However, the hallways were a little filthy and the condition of the room could've been better. There was a big dent over by the TV on the floor. As a guest I kept tripping by that area. The bathroom since was clogged so of course while brushing teeth, everything that we spit out stayed.
