"AWFUL! COPS!! RESERVATION FLAWS! PRICING ERROR!! BAD!"
Overall score1.0/ 5
When I first arrived at the hotel I went to the office handed them my ID she looked at my reservation and informed me that they overcharged me because the hotel had a 13 day special and they didn't give it to me even though I booked 14 days so we tried to call to get the discount price which was a little over $300 couldn't get a hold of anybody so I just told her just go ahead and submit the reservation because I just got off a long flight from Tampa and was really tired. I've got my room key finally and drove around back to my room there were no parking spots so I had to park on the side of the building opposite where my room was as soon as I got out of the car I was approached by a man who asked me for a cigarette if I had one and then proceeded to keep talking to me which was okay until later that night when he was banging on my hotel door to which I ignored him only for him and his friends to follow me to my car later that night telling me I was sick and look like a rapper's life and all the things that they would do to me when I asked management if there was a possible room in the front of the hotel they told me no. Well later that same day I went to the office because my key stopped working and a few walk ins came in and she offered them three different rooms in the front of the hotel. After I initially walked in my room I realized the toilet was running and would not stop, there was no blanket on the bed, I paid for a room with a fridge and a microwave which there wasn't one. Every time I left the hotel my key would not work and I have to go back to the office. Then my air conditioner leaked all over the floor. On about my 10th night I hear multiple sirens only to open the door and see tons of police officers including one right behind my vehicle they were going into the vehicle sitting directly next to mine because the vehicle had fun from the cops and there was a deceased person inside of it. I would have loved to get a new hotel but because there was a drag race in town there were no rooms anywhere. The ice machine didn't work one night, the vending machines didn't work the next. There were no towels at the pool the hot tub had no jets. Then when I had my ex mother in law over to swim they informed me that I could have nobody in my room and whoever came to the pool had to check in with ID. The only people that had been to my room was my ex mother in law and my father in law and it was only momentarily. There was several shady things going on including a man approaching me in the parking lot asking me if I had a "clean rig". Ignoring him and later found out that was a drug needle. But worst of all on my 13th at the hotel I had left early in the morning about 8:30 to go sightseeing with my ex mother in law then we went out to lunch dinner and went to the casino I did not arrive home till like 1:00 and I was told I had to leave the hotel because you could not stay there more than 13 days because of the city ordinance, even though I paid for 14 my flight did not leave until the next evening. My ex mother and my father in law were not in town because of mutual friends event and I had nowhere to go when I asked the hotel worker in tears where was I supposed to go she said there's plenty of other hotels in Tacoma which there was not because of the drag race. I ended up in my car all night long I had misplaced my cell phone because they only gave me 30 minutes to pack all my stuff up and it was exactly 30 minutes according to the rude woman working in the office acted like she was doing me a favor.
