The resort is located on the North end of Myrtle Beach, apx. 10 miles from the center of town. It is 57 private acres of beautiful trees and hidden condo style units. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is the feel of almost a mountain resort in the woods. Reception is in a building of its own as you enter, and the resort is gated with security. I viewed a two bedroom suite which resembled an apartment. The entrance was upgraded with crown molding with accent lighting. The unit had two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to include dishes, flatware, glassware, utensils, slow cooker, blender, coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The unit was decorated in a beach motif and a cabinet included quality barware. A full sized dinette set and large panel screen TV. The bedrooms were clean and standard and bathrooms were nicely appointed with walk in shower and wall mounted hair dryers. The screened in porch had an area to hang wet bathing suits and overlooked the natural areas. Six passenger golf carts are available to drive guests throughout the resort. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The resort offers two dining options, a full service restaurant which provided impeccable service, and a beach front outdoor restaurant in which you could order fresh grilled burgers and dogs. Breakfast buffet is a standard full hot breakfast for an additional charge. There are eight pools on the grounds and the beach area is very well kept. Conference space is flexible with beautiful decor with 11,100 s.f. of meeting space. The resort has a lounge, gardens, water features, and outdoor areas for gathering. Restaurants are within driving distance, and since the resort is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach, traffic is somewhat minimal. The resort is located directly across the street from Barefoot Landing which offers a large variety of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this resort for convention groups, and groups that require meeting space.

The location is amazing. The access to the beach is great. The location across from Barefoot landing is awesome! But the rooms definitely need updating. They were clean and nice (except for the shower curtain had mold on it) but the lights, bathroom, etc. is from the 80's. I would stay there again for sure as the location and price is great. But if they updated it, it would be so much better.

Ocean Creek offers the most beautiful grounds in the area with lighted walkways throughout the resort. Summer children's programs, on site FOUR SEASONS RESTAURANT. All of our villas are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, daily housekeeping servive, full kitchens, living rooms, eight outdoor pools ,two indoor pools,fully equipped exercise facility, onsite tennis courts with teaching professional. much more to list-Ocean Creek is not a hotel or motel.We offer meeting space along with the most established catering department in the area. Onsite Meeting Planner, best banquet menus available the most formal of events to the most casual.
