I had a bad experience at the Ramada West Atlantic hotel and left at 130 am. All hotels were ridiculously priced. I had already booked the Knights Inn for the following day, but check in is at 3 pm, so I called and crossed my fingers after going to a 24 hr IHOP. Well, the man at the Knights Inn said "yes" I could check in earlier, around 9 am. Relieved. So customer service I give 5 stars. Cleanliness another 5 stars. The air conditioner worked excellent. Beds were comfy. The stay was enjoyable and I definitely would book them again.
