Property Description
New Courtyard is located at University Towne Center, Morgantown's most diverse shopping and dining district. Less than 2 miles from the Coliseum, and 3 miles from Mylan Park, Ruby Memorial Hospital, MonGen Hospital, and WVU Main Campus. Hotel is directly across from Monogalia Stadium, home of WVU baseball/softball and WV Black Bears. The courtyard side overlooks the Monongahela River, Coliseum and soccer fields, downtown, and WVU main campus. No other hotel offers such a beautiful panoramic view of Morgantown and the hills of PA in the distance. Free Wi-Fi, beautifully appointed guest rooms, and indoor and outdoor public space that is tech enabled and designed to allow individuals or groups to socialize, and stay connected. Conference room is configurable into two breakout rooms. Each breakout room has a private door that opens directly into the courtyard. Meeting rooms have natural light and a beautiful view of Morgantown.
