We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant, always a smile and a hello. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It is a pet friendly hotel which made it important for us. They have a nice area for pets to relieve themselves and it's clean. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

So I got a room for the night to be able to take a bath and relax because I was having work done at my home. So I took a bath and then later went to the bathroom to discover roaches crawling around the tub. Needless to say I checked out at about three am. Didn't want to bring roaches home to my house. Disgusting!

Was in town (Snellville, ga) for a wedding. I called several weeks in advance to request an early check in. Was told to call day of arrival. Did so when I landed and confirmed earlier check in. When arrived was told I had to pay $20 extra for early check in. Not happy about that, but agreed to pay $10 because I was not notified in advance. After arrival went to take a shower and saw brown water accumulating in slow draining tub. Brown water stained the towels when drying off and flowed out of sink faucet as well. Toilet water was also brown. Called front desk and they said this was due to water company work nearby. Offered no compensation. This is unacceptable.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning. Delicious breakfast with great coffee. Scrambled eggs were a bit too salty. Nice indoor pool. Lobby staff were helpful when the hotel had a water quality issue.
