In regards to your request, we offer an affordable rate for groups or indiviual (short or long stay) We have special weekly and monthly rates.
All our rooms are private and fully furnished. We offer private bathroom in some rooms or a cleaned shared bathroom on each floor. No extra fee for double occupancy.

FLEXO room: trundle bed (fan included) and shared bathroom
SUPERIOR SOLO room: single bed with mattress enhanced quality (fan included) and shared bathroom
SOLO room : single bed and shared bathroom
SUPERIOR DUO room: double bed with mattress enhanced quality (fan included) and shared bathroom
COZY suite: double bed, fan included and private bathroom
BUSINESS suite: queen size bed, AC, kitchenette and private bathroom
EXECUTIVE suite: queen size bed, AC, kitchenette, private bathroom and living room with TV and Internet included
The Studios Hotel is a student accommodation for hotel guests and groups during summer from May 1st to August 24th. Our accommodation is located on University of Montreal campus, a secure and quiet quarter, not too far from downtown, easily accessible by metro or bus (free parking for coach buses) and near Cote-des-Neiges street where there are many restaurants/cafés etc.
