Cleaning Policies

Public areas are cleaned a minimum of 4 times a day with high traffic area and high touch areas cleaned hourly or after use, depending on the location. Hand Sanitizer stations are available in the lobby area for hotel guests to use and throughout the back of the house for hotel employees. PPE is worn by staff for the protection of our guests. If a known case of COVID-19 has entered the building, our dedicated housekeeping supervisor will work alongside her staff in first sanitizing the lobby, public areas, and guest corridor of the property, then move to the sleeping room in question. The guest room will then be deep cleaned by staff trained in enhanced cleaning techniques.
