To whome it may concern, My name is Khoshaba Younan, Recently I booked a room at homestead hotel through your service, I arrived late at night, I am guessing around 12:00 midnight, the doors of this place were closed, I had call from outside or corridor of the hotel for someone to come and open the door for me, speaking of the corridor ( bad Oder in the corridor ). I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come down from the sixth floor, at that time me and my wife decided that it will be impossible staying at a place like this. I wrote my name a note and explained that it is unimaginable for us to stay at such hotel, and would like to cancel the entire reservation. I tell you that such places do not qualify from many aspects to be considered a hotel or any kind of housing for public. Even if they pass all the city codes,regulations,requirements. Please make sure that I am not charged for anything by this hotel due to complete unsatisfactory reasons.
