The Hampton Inn & Suites downtown University Center is located just a few blocks from University of Pittsburgh and 10 minutes from downtown. They undergoing major renovations and the updates are amazing; I was able to see the transformation first hand. The hotel features complimentary breakfast, fitness center with free weights, comp WiFi and shuttle service within three mile radius. This is a solid choice for the business and leisure traveler especially sports teams or weddings.

Room was clean and spacious for two people. Walking around the city is very easy and convenient. Paying to park at the hotel is honestly cheaper than and much less of a hassle than trying to find parking. The breakfast was allright. Overall this was a good stay and I would stay in this hotel again.
