When my brother and I arrived around 12:30 a.m. the room hand long hair in the bathroom and bathtub. We were moved to another room where my brother found that the dead bolt did not work so were off to the 3rd room that had a weird smell. We were so tired we didn't complain. In the morning we asked the housekeeper did she know how to operate the TV she contacted her supervisor and when she arrived got a whiff of our room was oh no. I'll contact the manager. The manager came and moved us to the 3rd floor the room was excellent and she reduced the room rate along with snack bag. Oh yeah and the TV was working fine. thanks to Lisa and her fine crew made it enjoyable.

I ignored the bad reviews and I paid for it! This hotel is so bad it's comical. Bed sheets have cigarette burns. Bathroom floor tiles are missing. The room phone has no buttons or phone cord. Oh yeah, on the way out the handle fell off of the door. No wifi! Worst hotel ever.

Our room had cigar burns on the bed comforter. The second room we purchased next door smelled so bad that our eyes started watering. The caulking in the bathtub was also coming off of the tile. We stayed in the rooms for 20 minutes and went to another hotel in the area. I don't like rating places bad, but this one I had to say something about.
