We used Country Inns and Suites in Naperville for our wedding hotel block. Originally our first point of contact was very easy to work with and very responsive, however about two weeks before the wedding there was a change in management and we were now dealing with someone new and the information given to us by the two different contacts did not line up which made things super confusing. The first person stated that she was going to upgrade our room, however that did not happen. We have not heard any issues from our guests though.

They need to be more friendly on the front desk. They also didn't seem to know all the details for the wedding block. Information needs to be shared better. The breakfast was lackluster. But since it was free, not many complained. Do check the quality of the fruit you put out. No squishy oranges please. The lobby needs a touch up. The shuttle guy was quite nice. Considerate fellows. The rooms where nice and clean. The WiFi is slow, people had a hard time doing business. It's a very clean hotel overall. That extra attention to detail would have given a better score.

Our softball team stayed for one week. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Onsite laundry was appreciated. The daily breakfast variety, cookies and popcorn were quite popular with our girls! The hotel was also conveniently located, with access to dining, shopping and local sightseeing! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel!
