Found roaches in my room was not to clean had a problem didn't want to fix it I needed to cancel one room and they said I had booked a through Speedy which I did not and they kept on insisting I did when it was my son. The front Desk was not very helpful. I asked for a bottle of water for my pills they never brought it up for me.

Complete disinfectant routines strictly followed to address high frequency touch points such as door handles, elevator buttons, fitness center, and others. Disinfectant routines vary from every one hour to every two hours depending on the frequency and volume of guests. Hand sanitizing stations are set up in high traffic public areas throughout the hotel. Guestrooms are cleaned when guest is not present and special attention is paid to high frequency touch items such as remote controls, thermostat, telephone, door handles, bathroom, and others. Our service professionals (i.e. employees) are subject to wellness checks upon their arrival at work. This includes infrared thermometer reading of their forehead, physical appearance, and brief questions about any possible symptoms or exposure. Face coverings are required to be worn by all service professionals, as well as gloves for those that are involved in cleaning or in contact with furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
