I booked a conference at the MCM Elegante Dallas for this weekend and we had an amazing time. The hotel staff was AMAZING, very accommodating and helped make our stay wonderful! The hotel is clean, staff is always on call, rooms were very spacious. The beds, as advertised, are wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast and lunch buffets were very good, quality food. I cannot say enough about Norma Ventrca, the Sales Manager. She was so helpful, always available via communications, or phone. After we arrived at the hotel, she greeted us and inquired as to our needs. If any need came up, she met it quickly and professionally. The staff was always smiling, whether it be the front desk, maintenance crew, or maids. You could tell there is a spirit of teamwork here and that every employee cares. Shuttles were provided to pick up conference attendees from Dallas Love Field and DFW Airports, which was an amazing gift to our participants. Should you desire to eat outside of hotel, there are some 30 restaurants within five 10 minutes of the property, from regular McDonalds/Arby's etc to five star restaurants like the Pappas Brothers chains (Pappas Steak, Pappadeaux, Pappasitos, etc). Starbucks is right across the street and you're four miles at most from Whole Foods. Easy access to everywhere in the DFW Metroplex! We will return!

"Inexcusable Treatment of Handicap Lodger."

I explained to the MCM hotel that one of our reunion participants required a handicap accessible room. This person can't walk and requires a wheelchair to get around. The hotel said that they did not have a special room available and they were only able to have a non-accessible room. The handicapped individual could not get the wheelchair into the bathroom and had to crawl to get to the toilet. Another one of our reunion members got a handicap accessible room that they did not need. The handicap couple moved the next day to a better hotel that did have an accessible room. The hotel staff surely needs some kind of training. Horrible customer service and lack of training of the front desk personnel. The rest of the reunion participants did enjoy the stay and the rest of the staff was adequately trained, very courteous and did an excellent job.

"Good Location Between Airports, Great Complimentary Transportation"

We stayed with a group of 24. Rooms were clean, quiet and well furnished for the money. The transport team took us without charge to restaurants and back to the hotel as well as in between the two airports. I would highly recommend this location.

"A Diamond in the Rough"

My fraternity had a formal here and was very satisfied overall. Our banquet space was set up in a timely manner, the food was great, and the price was very reasonable. The only complaint I have is that it seemed like some members of the hotel staff were disengaged, organized and reluctant to help members of our group. This only speaks for a few of the staff members of course. The majority of them were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We are considered Dallas' best kept secret! We are located at 2330 W. Northwest Hwy, Dallas TX 75220, and situated adjacent to Restaurant Row. The MCM Eleganté is ideally located for business and leisure travelers to get the most out of their Dallas getaways. Despite its moderate pricing, this Dallas Hotel is luxuriously appointed with plush furnishings and 13-inch thick Simmons Beauty Rest pillow-top mattresses. We have 8,000 square feet of event space that is available for corporate functions, banquets and receptions,and family reunions, with a professional staff to assist in every way possible. We offer complimentary transportation to and from DFW and Love Field Airports as well as within a 5-mile radius of the hotel, complimentary full hot American breakfast each morning with cook to order eggs, complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel, complimentary self-parking, 32 inch flat screen LCDHDTVs with over 140 DirecTV HD channels, complimentary Bath and Body Works products and Starbucks Coffee in every room. We also feature a complimentary Business Center, complimentary fitness center and beautiful outdoor pool. We offer 197 newly remodeled rooms including 28 poolside Cabana Suites furnished with sleeper sofas, microwaves and refrigerators. We have 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate meetings from 12ppl to 300ppl, a total of 7 breakout rooms, and a main ballroom of 3,500 square feet.
