This hotel was terrible. The door lock was broken, the sheets were stained, the bathroom door was off it's hinges and would not close. I woke up with a rash. We stayed in the hotel for a total of 6 hours ( after a long day of travel). We notified the front desk that we were checking out due to the subpar conditions. The woman at the front said she understood and when the reservation desk called they would approve a full refund. This was not the case. They proceeded to deny the refund because they said “ we were still at the hotel “. We had to pay for another hotel and we're now staying across town. I called again and they said that we never checked out so the refund was denied. After a third call they said they would only approve one nights refund because we “ did not check out of the hotel “. Worst hotel out there. DO NOT STAY HERE !

"Do not use hotels for teams."

The hotel was a disgust we did not stay because of filth and the prostitutes hanging out in the back. We cancelled went to another hotel. Now hotel for teams has given us the run around on out refund. Very shady do not use.

"Trashy"

Very shady. Would be okay for pay by the hour with the lot Lizards hanging out in back. Not a place for a family at all. We cancelled when we arrived and three days later still no refund. The pics online do not show the true experience.

Hotel room clean (except for light cover in bathroom, ick), smelled great and everything worked. Liked having HBO, bed large but very hard. A/C worked great. Room is noisy, near freeway, bring ear plugs. Fridge falls out of cupboard every time you open it, seems easy to fix but hasn't been. All in all, decent room for the price and the drive (15 minutes from downtown). I would stay here again.
