Staff was friendly. Lobby and breakfast area looked nice and updated. Rooms were okay, but the shower surround had been painted with wall paint and it was flaking off. Tub drained so slow that you're standing in 6" of water by the time your done and the next person will either have to stand in it or wait until morning.

I've stayed here several times over the last three years. Before Covid it was a nice hotel; since new owners have taken over, it has been run into the ground. The ground floor rooms are over run with insects and smell of mildew. Breakfast is a buffet, which in these covid times makes me uneasy, particularly with their cleanliness standards inside the rooms.

Very old hotel with lots of problems. The worst was that we were in a non smoking room that wreaked of smoke. Also, there was a rowdy party in the room next to us at 3:30 a.m. which the management did take care of when they were asked to. Not a very clean room but the beds were very comfortable and seemed newer. Too many stains on the walls and lamp shade and hair in the tub. Sorry, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Well where do I start? Well the first room we got the air conditioner did not work and there was a huge cockroach on the curtain, The second room was dirty and there was no plate in the microwave, but when I opened the freezer guess what was in there with nasty food sitting on it. Like one of the other reviews stated, the parking lot was sketchy. Will never stay here again.

Initially told my fee included $20pet fee that was false! I had to pay additional $22 for pet fee at hotel on top of the $123 I already paid. Passed up a cheaper room that with my fee would have been 102 after pet fee and taxes Shower not very clean and took a while to get hot. Counter by kitchen sink had a panel that looked like a drawer fell off and almost landed on my bare foot! I fixed it for them for no fee. It was held on with what a cabinet door would be. Plastic and the board was heavy…obviously had fallen off before because the one corner already had damage We shall see what breakfast is like.

Enjoy this day very much had some water come in under the front door overnight during a heavy thunderstorm but with 87 mile an hour winds didn't bother me. Great room will stay there again.

We have stayed at Ramadas in the past that were in much better condition. This is an older hotel that needs many repairs and much updating. The phone was inoperable. The Wi y very slow and insecure. Our personal computers Bitdefender security program would not approve access. There was not explanation of how to access it in the room. It was relatively clean. The best and possibly most important positive was the two queen size beds that were very comfortable and comfortable pillows were provided. The shower set up was a bit archaic, but it functioned and it was hot and provided relief after a long day of driving. I think it needs up grading to qualify as a Ramade Inn.
