This was the worst experience of my life ! I booked the room using reservations. Com they charged me right away! When I went to cancel due to the virus, I could not get ahold of any body to cancel and refund ! $206 down the drain ! Not very happy and will never use your company again ! Bunch of bull shit !

I was promised two beds for all my 8 rooms that I reserved and I only got one queen bed for all 8 rooms. I had a big group of soccer parents and soccer players playing and needed to rest comfortably but unfortunately neither the hotel nor the agency through the group reservations tried to helped me with my issue nor tried to accommodate my families. I paid a lot of money in advanced and it was not refundable for all my rooms so I had no choice but to stay in this hotel. I had no other options than to stay in this hotel. I felt this guest reservations agency took advantage of my soccer families and they over charged me. I feel that they stole my money. I was promised two beds for each room and yet nothing was done to accommodate or fix the problem. I hope someone reads this message and they do something about this matter because this hotel services and reservation agency took advantage of me. I had never had this bad experience with hotels until now. I will make sure my families never use this hotel reservations nor this hotel.

The staff, guests and workers were all super friendly. The stay was nice, clean and with great accommodations. It was pleasantly quiet yet busy. We enjoyed the room and the meeting room was more than expected. The staff was willingly at our service and seemed happy to be with us. THANKS!

The hotel had very clean rooms, and the front desk employee's were great. We will stay there again. I'm happy to see that this hotel appreciates the appeal of a clean hotel room. I wish every hotel held their housekeeping staff to this same level.
