The Hyatt was a four out of 10 at best. No shuttle service to the airport or local places. Incidental charge $30 accessed after I paid fully on Expedia. Ice machine on 3rd and 5th floor, no ground floor ice machine.

Stayed there for two nites,won't stay there again, Texas is opened up now and they still had the restrictions in place, I think I can find some places that are better,this is my 4th time staying here and this was the worst it had been.

My wife was not permitted to check in even after being told she could check in without me being present because we had stayed there several times prior and they had my credit card on file. She had three hours of downtime before I arrived. Once in the hotel, only one elevator was working. That same elevator was not working on a prior stay. The one working elevator stopped working Sunday evening. We were on the 6th floor, had to take stairs to get to and from room. We are Senior Citizens. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. They appeared to be just as frustrated as the guests about the elevators not working. We love the rooms in this hotel. However, a lack of elevators, having to use stairs is completely unacceptable.

Our football team was playing in the Championship game here and this motel took time to alter breakfast times, put up a schedule for us, and was great to work with. Would sure stay here again!
