No one notified me that the hotel advised you that they didn't have any rooms. I was left with having to find other accommodations at the last minute. This is the worst case scenario where you left the customer out on a limb. I want my payment refunded.

We did not stay there. We walked in and walked right back out. The odor was horrendous. The place just looked dirty. I am waiting for a reservation specialist to contact me to see about getting a refund.
