The Thames Room
The Thames Room is approximitly 30" 8" Long by 28'10" wide with a ceiling height of 10'6". This Meeting Room grants natual light and leads to an outdoor patio that will be available during the spring and summer months. The Thames Room is located on the Lobby Floor. Hyatt Place will offer a limited food and beverage (soft drinks, bottled water, juices, beer and wine) menu with sandwitches, wraps, soups, salads and more. The client will also have the option to provide their own caterer. All alcohol must be purchased through the hotel (Beer and Wine only). Standard Audio Visual is provided as part of the meeting package. All audio requirements must be made through the sales office, five business days in advance to the Meeting. Any extensive audio needs are the financial responsibility of the client.
