Belinda (African American) at Guest service desk went above and beyond in assisting us and aiding when there were issues with some of our group. I booked a group block for an event and not one of my parents had a good experience in the hotel. Rooms were dirty, housekeeping was lackluster, and the food was terrible in both Tatuado and the buffet. Carpets were filthy. Common areas smelled. The only compliment I can pay is that the manager was very sympathetic, detailing the steps they were taking to improve and the beds were very comfortable.

"Awesome Experience"

We had a great time at this hotel. My daughter loved the circus and AdventureDome. The buffet had good food, except I was anticipating waffles and they didn't have them one morning. I sat at the machines to play on several different occasions and never asked if I wanted a drink by the waitresses. I had to hunt one down and when she asked if I wanted my 2nd drink after waiting for 20 minutes (and watching others around me getting served first) I said forget it and left. Other staff was very helpful with questions I had. Valet was wonderful guys, a few different remembered things we had previously talked about. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we picked the busiest weekend to have a surprise birthday party. The hotel was crazy busy with EDC participants. Check in went fairly smooth other than one of our rooms (for the star of our party) was cancelled. The problem was resolved as quickly as possible and a lot of stress was removed from my day.
