Enjoyed the stay. Had a room near the elevator which minimized the suitcase trek, thank you. It was right after Christmas so it wasn't crowded. Everything was up to expectations.

There was some toilet paper on toilet seat and on floor. There were no bath towels. I complain about it to office and request some bath towels.

House keeper refused to give us extra bath towels when we asked because there were none. House keeper did not provide toilet tissues when they came around to clean and they saw that my room ran out. I had to go down and asked for. Our linens were not changed for the four nights that we spent.

Previous guest underwear left in closet. Front desk has no interest in how my stay was did not even ask, until I commented check out was the last straw in a bad visit. Was not even going to ask why, until I pointed out to him I had a bad visit and he was not even asking why. Then I got a snotty “why was your visit bad” Nope, won't be back. Bad strike for the brand.

The water was cold in the shower. The bathrooms weren't as clean as should have been. There was hair all different spots in the tub. Housekeeping can be tightened up. Beautiful lobby setting. Customer service from front desk attendant needs improving.

This 10 story, 600 room hotel has 66 suites and many room types to meet your group needs. Both the Republic Grill and Lounge are in our atrium lobby with easy access and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a variety of drink options. Don't want to leave your room, room service is available daily: 6AM-Midnight. We proudly brew Starbucks, stop in and order your favorite drink. Our heated indoor/outdoor pool is ideal for a quick swim or just relaxing. Our private fitness center has cardio, free weights, lockers, showers and so much more we had to have 2 areas. The Houston Marriott Westchase has 43,000 Sq. Ft. of function space which is flexible to meet your needs.
