The structure, elegant and informal, is the meeting place for many artists who find in our guest house accommodation reserved and at the same time, central place to stay during their travels in the lagoon city. The rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, some with mini bar. The price are per double room per day, method of payment and cancellation policy can be treated before confirmation.

Buffet breakfast at the cost of 22.00 Euro per room per night.
VAT is 10%.
City Tax not included of 4.50 Euro per person per night.
We require a 30% non refundable deposit of the total amount upon confirmation within 90 days from arrival date, balance is due within 10 days prior to arrival date together with the rooming list.
After that the total cancellation without penalties is allowed within 90 days before arrival date (deposit excluded).
A maximum reduction of 1 rooms is allowed without penalty from 89 to 30 days before group arrival.
An additional reduction of 1 rooms is allowed without penalty from 29 to 10 days before group arrival.
Any change or cancellation notified less than 10 days prior to arrival date, as well as no shows, will be charged for the full amount booked.
- Group must book rooms no later than 60 days before check-in.
- Group is responsible to use at least 100% of group room block.
