Pet Friendly?
1. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 for the first night and $25.00 for each additional night is paid upon check-in. This is for basic cleaning of pet hair and odor. Additional charges for damage may be imposed. 2. The dog may not exceed 50 pounds. No dangerous, wild or unusual animals will be allowed. The hotel shall make the final determination on whether a specific pet will be permitted on property. 3. If the pet barks, makes other noises or is causing guest complaints, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest remove the pet. AT NO TIME SHALL THE PET BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE ROOM. The hotel, at its discretion, is not required to provide warning nor a second chance for violation of this policy. The decision of the hotel shall be final. 4. ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: The guest fully accepts all responsibility for any damages caused by the pet. The guest agrees to pay the hotel for the cost of repairing any such damage. IF THE HOTEL IS UNABLE TO RENT THE DAMAGED
