-A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.00 -If you change your suite, an additional $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged -A limit of no more than 2 pets (dog, cat, bird and/or fish) per room -For the convenience of others, we have designated the outer perimeter of the property as a pet walk area -To help maintain the cleanliness of our property, “doggy bags” have been provided for your convenience in designated locations of the pet walk area. We also provide the bags at the front desk. We ask that you please use them. -Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior -Pets are NOT permitted to disturb other guests -No pets are allowed in the Gatehouse during Breakfast (6:30 AM – 10:00 AM) and during special events in the space -Housekeeping will clean your suite every other day.
