The rooms have either a King bed with a sleeper/sofa or 2 double beds. Some rooms have a microwave and small fridge. Most people reserve in the winter to go diving in the springs and swimming with the manatee. In the summer they go boating, fishing and scalloping. The meeting room is for smaller groups. There have been receptions and parties in it. We offer a laid back atmosphere where you can relax and watch the sunset. Have your coffee in the morning and watch the manatee in the marina.
