Our hotel is a 75 room property, 2 separate buildings; the main hotel which is 3 story, 2 wing and the annex building which is also 3 story, 1 wing only. We are steps away from the sand of beautiful Pismo Beach. All rooms and adjoining balconies are non-smoking. We are a pet friendly property. We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast with "make your own waffles" and complimentary parking, high speed wireless internet and bottled water in the rooms. We have a 1st and 3rd floor observation deck with breathtaking views of the ocean, coastline, pier and mountains. Our jacuzzi is open daily from 9am to 11pm on the 1st floor observation deck. Each room is beautifully appointed with either a Cal King bed or two queen beds, iron and ironing board, 2 robes, refrigerator and pay per view movies. Most rooms are adjoining. All Ocean Front and Ocean View rooms have a balcony with patio furniture. Our Traditional rooms are all non-view rooms. 16 of the 75 rooms are air conditioned; as a general rule, this is not at issue here in Pismo Beach.
