I reserved a room for three nights. When I got there they said they overbooked and had no room for me. Did not offer to find another hotel for us. We had driven there from NC fir my husband's brothers birthday who was turning 89. I had to find another hotel on my own They told me my money was refunded back to me which it wasn't. I had to call them to explain what had happened and wanted my money back. They should have called me to let me know what happened before I arrived. Poor communication and customer service. I will never want to stay there again. Pam Rhoads.
